MyNOVA (product registration)
At https://www.nova.eu/en/my-nova/, new NOVA products can be registered on a voluntary basis by means of the serial number, which enables the handling of warranty claims and ensures the best possible logging of repairs. Mailchimp (email marketing service)
Our newsletter is distributed using Mailchimp, an email marketing service provided by Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. The email addresses of the recipients of our newsletters, as well as their other data described in the context of this data protection notice, are stored on the servers of Mailchimp in the USA. Mailchimp uses this information to distribute the newsletters and produce statistics on our behalf. According to its own information, additionally Mailchimp may use this data to optimise or improve its own services, e.g. for the technical optimisation of the dispatch and the presentation of the newsletters or for economic purposes in order to determine which countries the recipients come from. However, Mailchimp does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them directly nor does it pass this on to third parties. We trust in the reliability, IT and data security of Mailchimp.
